I visited www.myheritage.com and amazingly, i found out that the site is able to recognize our face in an uploaded photo and will show us our celebrity look-alikes and the percentage of how much they are similar to us. I tested 2 photos of mine and here are the results :

Surprisingly, most of them are females.. wtf! haihhh

Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will, When the road you're trudging seems all uphill, When the funds are low, and the debts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must, but don't you quit.

Success is failure turned inside out, The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems afar, So, stick to the fight when you're hardest hit, Its when things go wrong that you musn't quit

Mr. Fairuz

I'm sure most of you who's reading this blog right now would probably be wondering what's up with Mr. Fairuz. Hahaha, here's the answer.. Iylia and I made a new friend today. Not really much of a friend though, he's actually the guy who works at the KPD's parking lot. Thanks to him I lost 50 bux today. Here's the reason why:

Class today started at 10 but i came at 9.30 to make sure i would get a good spot to park my car at the main block. Unfortunately, Help nowadays have been very hectic and students would just risk their cars by double parking at any spot just to be on time for class as it is already fully parked by around 9.00am. Hence, i had no choice but to go to KPD and park my car there eventhough i knew i had to pay for the parking at KPD. Iylia and I went around the parking lot for god knows how many times to look for a parking space. In the end, we gave up and decided to just park at De Silva reserved parking space. We then went to class and it was around 12 pm when class finished. So we went down and the first thing i saw was an orange coloured paper on my windshield with the BIG P LOGO, which is the logo of Secure Parking . I wasn't feeling very good at that moment and unfortunately, I went to the other side of my car and noticed that my front tyre got clamped. #$%@!!! I then took the orange paper and read it and it's written on the paper the amount that i had to pay for the clamp. 50 freaking bux mann! Also written on the paper, were Fairuz's name and his contact no. Tried calling him so many times but wasnt able to get through his phone. So we just went to the office and paid the attendant. Tiu lei ar!
This is their logo with the motto 'no parking worries' at the bottom. What a contradiction. First off, the parking is very limited. 2ndly, ur car gets clamped when parking at the reserved spot and ull have no choice but to pay 50 bux.

the 12th of October

Today's the day when I just felt like creating a blog, since I’ve got plenty of time to waste at home and hopefully that I will keep posting new blogs consistently in the near future. In malay, its called 'hangat2 taik ayam' which simply means doing things half way. Don’t bother asking me about it, I don’t even know how they got the term. But I’m pretty sure probably most of you have heard of it. Hahaha. Well, this blog is just going to be about today and also a bit bout myself as an introductory to my blogspot, since I’ve got nothing else on my mind to write about. It is the 4th day of my first year at Help University College. I’m currently doing the bachelors of business (accounting) on this very first year. Hopefully will get to further my studies in Melbourne on the 2nd year provided if I studied really hard to meet the requirements. Well, if I don’t, I will still get the chance to further my studies abroad, but instead of Melbourne, I’ll be transferring to University of Queensland on my final year. I will be majoring in Accounting and Finance, as a single major. So that’s basically a bit about my studies. I will keep posting more blogs soon. Gotta run now. Ciao!
